DeLynne Satimore is also the TICA Liaison to Purebred Cat Breed Rescue (PCBR)/CFA Purebred Rescue and is officially a member of PCBR BOD.

The mission of the TICA Rescue Committee is to support, facilitate, and help to provide purebred cat breed rescue, to help all cats by continuing the cat fancy's long-standing tradition of support for and encouragement of responsible rescue efforts, and to provide education regarding responsible cat ownership and responsible breeding.
