The mission of the TICA rescue committee is to support, facilitate, and help to provide pedigreed cat breed rescue, to help all cats by continuing the cat fancy's long-standing tradition of support for and encouragement of responsible rescue efforts, and to provide education regarding responsible cat ownership and responsible breeding.
