If you choose to use the trademark of The International Cat Association, Inc. (TICA) in connection with an internet web site or page, you acknowledge that TICA has not, and does not endorse any product or service that you provide, specifically including, but not limited to, any representation regarding your cattery or any kitten or cat that you may sell, lease or otherwise transfer, any opinion that you hold, or any statement that you make, and you agree fully to indemnify and defend TICA, its officers, directors, and agents from and against all claims, demands, causes or action or proceedings of any nature whatsoever, in whatever forum or venue any such matters may be brought, judicial or otherwise, arising or allegedly arising in any way from your use of the TICA logo and/or trademark. You agree that your obligation to defend includes, without limitation, paying for all expenses associated with any such defense, including attorneys' fees and costs, and includes expenses incurred that are in any way related to such proceedings even if incurred prior to the commencement of formal proceedings. If you fail adequately to provide any such defense, TICA may, at its option do so for you, and you agree to promptly reimburse TICA for expenses so incurred.
