TICA Executive Office Is Currently Closed

The Good News:

  1. The Executive Office staff are continuing work from home. Tickets will continue to be processed, so keep an eye on your email in case questions arise about your work request.  
  2. We have set up a phone number you can call between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CDT) to submit a credit card payment +1 956-536-0595.
  3. You can still request service at submit.work@tica.org

How you can help:

  1. The phone number provided is in place to allow for submittal of credit card payments only and no other information will be available at this number. Please do not call this number to ask about the status of any other work. Please note that you cannot leave a message for this number. If there is no answer, please call again at a later time (they might be in a call at that time or it might be outside of office hours).
  2. Do not create a new ticket to inquire about an existing ticket, as it will only slowdown the processing of the tickets that have already been submitted.
