Knowledge Base - My case was closed - but there is a problem / I have a question

You submitted a request via TFMS. The case was answered and closed - but then you notice that there is something wrong with the delivered service or you have a follow-up question.

Please do not create a new case or send an email. Instead, reopen the case:

  1. Log in to TFMS.
  2. Choose the "User" menu at the right top and choose "My Cases".
  3. Choose tab "Closed Cases".
  4. Choose the case that was completed and requires a correction or clarification.
  5. Post an update to the case. This will reopen the case and it will go straight back to the last person who worked on your case and they will have the complete context. If you need to attach a file, please scroll to the files section and upload a file there.

Please note that it is also possible to comment on the case - but that doesn't always reopen the case.
