Knowledge Base - I can't remember my username. How do I get into my account?

The website can send you an email with your username. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Go to https://www.tica.org/cb-forgot-login
2. Check Lost Username.
3. Enter the email address you used when you created your account.
4. Click Send Username.

The website will send you an email with your username. If you are not sure which email address you used when you signed up, you can just try the different ones you have access to. The website will tell you whether or not there is an account for that email address. Just keep repeating the steps above until you find the right one.
