If you don't remember your password or you used a social media account to access your cats' information and enter shows before, follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://www.tica.org/cb-forgot-login
2. Check Lost Password.
3. Enter your username and email address.
4. Choose Send Password.

The website will send you an email with a link. If you can't find the email, check in your spam folder. Click on the link - this will let you reset your password.
