Knowledge Base - How do I order a pedigree?

Please follow these instructions:

1. Go to "TFMS >>  Cats & Litters >> My Cats". This will require you to log in to TFMS. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one for free.
2. Choose the cat you would like to request a certified pedigree for.
3. Choose "Request Service >> Order Certified Pedigree (Three or Five Generation)".
4. Choose "Next".
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Pay for your pedigree.

This will create a case that will be processed by the Executive Office. You can find your open cases at TFMS >> User Avatar (the little "picture" at the very top of the screen) >> My Cases. You can follow the progress of the case there and also supply additional information.

You will be notified by the website and via email as soon as the pedigree has been issued. The pedigree will be available in the "Files" section of your cat as a PDF for download. You can find the PDF under "TFMS >> Cats & Litters >> My Cats >> Choose the cat with the pedigree >> Files". You will also receive a laminated hardcopy via postal services.
