Knowledge Base - As a show manager, how do I securely send exhibitor address data to the executive office?

In order to transfer the address data securely via an encrypted connection, please perform the following steps:

  1. Go to My TICA >> Create a Ticket.
  2. If you have not done so yet, log in to your account.
  3. As Subject, specify the location and date of your show.
  4. As the description, enter the following text.
    "Dear Scoring Department,

    Please find the exhibitor address list attached to this ticket."
  5. Choose Upload File.
  6. Choose the exhibitor address list.
  7. Choose Create New Ticket.
